Icons not found in Menu (XFCE)

Hi,

icons are not found in XFCE Menu (the one in the menu bar or the right-click menu, doesn't matter which one). Also, thunar does not find icons for folders, for example. Settings manager does also not find all icons (but strangely some of them).

I'm not sure where to start digging for more information, so I'll leave this issue here.

I'm on NixOS, but I think that doesn't matter,...

I also have to note that I just found out that nixos has an old release of papirus (20170715). I filed an update for the package, though: NixOS/nixpkgs#31664

Oh, it matters. NixOS is a very specific distro. I don't think the problem is on our side, because on other distros it works as expected:
