Clothing changes
-Adds over 45 new types of clothing
--new clothing types include pants, scarves (tie slot), waistcoats (tie slot as opposed to suit slot), and some fancy dresses
-Implement's NT Station's Clothing Vendor
-Buffs the Bomber Jacket so it can hold several specific items
-Adds a few new pieces of clothing/costumes to the autodrobe
-Removes the Psychadellic suit from the suit vendor
-Removes the Jackboots from the shoe vendor
-Adds sandals to the shoe vendor
-Increase the weight size of the suit storage slot from 3 to 4 (meaning you'll be able to hold things like fully extended telebatons in this slot if your armor/jacket/etc allows you to hold it)
-Makes the Sec Pod Pilot start with the advanced taser on his belt
