Changes:

  1. Centralizes all event .dm files in code/modules/events.
  2. Removes all unused event files that weren't being compiled.
  3. Cleans up a whole lot of event files.
  4. Slightly increases the odds of the rogue drones/interdimensional tear events.
  5. Removes the Lost Carp event from Mundane events, but increases the odds of it happening in Moderate. Should make carps much less common.
  6. Updates the carp event so it's different when it's a moderate/major event. In the major event, every space carp landmark will have a carp spawned. Otherwise, only a group of them will spawn in a reduced number of landmarks.
  7. Fixes the spacevine/infestation event not doing anything (have fun fighting those again!). Fixes Infestation event not working #1311.
  8. Players with more than 75 radiation protection will no longer be affected by the mass hallucination event.

I also would like to see it reverted too what it was. Only a few spawned and not on every single spawn point every singel time. But that they also went away after a while.

I say keep the multiple spawn points but make them leave after a while. The station can be like a feeding rest stop for them

They do despawn after a while, actually. it just takes twenty-forty minutes, and they need to be in space.

Twenty-four minutes does seem like a bit... Maybe shorten that but not too much that the event doesn't matter

Actually, no. They don't despawn because the event is bugged. Will fix.

The time is fine.
