Allow borgs to open-close lockers properly #616

On the tin. Adds attack_ai to base closet path, allows only types of /mob/living/silicon/robot that are Adjacent() to it to open. Thanks to Baystation12/Baystation12#8499 for the attack_ai code.

Bit skeptical, I admit--one thing that sets apart borgs from humans is their distinctive lack of hands---yet as Mwerezak discussed, this has been actively attempted to be eroded on Bay with stuff like grippers and other stuff like this.

It's not as high impact as some other changes,but I'm definitely a bit skeptical on this one---not opposed, just skeptical.

Well, the way I figure it, they can already unlock and open lockers (albeit by an exploit-y method), I think it wouldn't be that much of a problem to just let them also close them, so when a borg ends up opening the CE's locker, it isn't going to have to find a caring human to fix it's mistake. For example.
