For MacOS, Preview (built-in application) opens STL and SVG files. For windows, STL can be viewed with built-in 3D Viewer and SVG's can be opened by chrome or windows edge. For gerber files can be viewed by KiCAD application or online using altium viewer: https://www.altium.com/viewer/
