Ticking Entity crash... I feel like I'm too good a breaking games. #6

Just looked at the log, maybe something with Twilight Forest isn't happy this time? It mentioned a raven as being the "ticking entity". |
Another thing to note, deleted the previous world, started a new one and, with only about 5 minutes into it, I've gotten no crash so may have been a random incident. |
It was probably trying to read the info Beta 2 left behind. Going to close this, but let me know if it persists. |
Just had it crash again, same thing about ticking entities but this time it stated it was a zombie. I'll be reinstalling Minecraft and then doing a fresh install of all mods later tonight to try to get rid of any old data that may be clinging about and I'll let you know what happens after that. You must hate how well I seem to break the mod lol. |
That type of data is stored in the world, so don't reinstall MC. Is it the EXACT same crash log? |
Everything was the same besides the entity the was causing the issue. I had already deleted the world though, whenever I get crashes I record the crash and delete the world then start a new one to test for similar problems. But yes, same error just was caused by a zombie, both crashing while I was in the Overworld. Not sure if I'll still have the log, may of cleaned those out already. |

Alrighty, was about to mention that every crash came from a new world so ya if the data is stored per world than it all should be cleared when I started the last 2 worlds that crashed. But progress was made at the very least, the first crash for Beta 3 happened after a few moments in the world, unlike in Beta 2. The last crash, unreported, happened after about 5-10 minutes of exploring the world and testing so the instant crashing was fixed lol. I readded optifine in the world with the zombie crash and it was fine up till the crash, getting the log now. |

That would be the zombie crash and alrighty, when it didn't crash right away I thought optifine might be ok to run with the mod pack I'm stitching together for 1.7. Will be removing it for good. |

Was actually about to come and post another crash. Had a crash in a new world, no Optifine. This time a new entity but just downloaded Beta 4, gonna test that now. |

That was posted on the forum page by Carnivean, he was using Beta 3 from what his post had said. Thought it best to mention it in case you hadn't read it yet. |

I mentioned it when i replied to Carnivean that you would like them to post all reports of crashes/bugs on the github, in a paste bin if at all possible. |
Thank you. Beta 5 is building. Ran it in my dev environment and saw a couple of entities, and no crash. Hopefully this fixes it. |
If you want I'll try to keep the forum page informed about how to report the bugs and crashes and your welcome. Hope Beta 5 is the lucky # as well, I know it must be a pain trying to fix the issue. |

Alrighty, I'll give it the usual 30 minute run and then at the end I'll try to force a crash and log out of the world and back in to be sure. Will try forcing a crash by spawning mobs around me and seeing if any of them break it. |
Well ran through it with no crash, logged in and out of the world with no crash and even with a couple attempts at forcing a crash it remained running so problem seems to be fixed. |
