Moves to service templates and environment files

The new release refactores the existing scripts and moves to a different approach. The system now uses systemd service templates and environment files in order to minimize boilerplate. In addition, the number of new files the user needs to create in order to set up a new camera is reduced.
The readme file has been amended to reflect these new changes.

Initial pre-release

These file were created to serve as an example and accompany a presentation I was giving.
Therer may be errors but an experienced user should be able to correct and amend to his or her system.
