Logs saves to file in proxy dir
Contains wide custom pre-enabled blacklist

logC - toggles logging of outgoing packets (default OFF)
logS - toggles logging of incoming packets (default OFF)
logBlackClear - clears blacklist of packets so everything would be logged (default blacklist is pretty massive)
