Conflict with node-red swipe gesture

Hi,
when I have swiping through tabs enabled, after setting the "Nest" temperature, it also changes the page.
Is it possible to separate those two to not initiate the tab switch when inside the nest widget?

You can also swipe up/down to change the nest temperature instead of left/right - would that solve the problem enough?

Fair enough. I don't know how it's implemented in this project, I wrote the original code for the nest widget (just the ui, not any actual control code) so not sure how it interacts with the rest of the ui.

I can't see any quick fix for this, other than disabling 'swipe between tabs' in nodered, as that function appears to override the thermostat function.
