First pass through to get it to run on T4 boards. It borrowed from my ili9341_t3n/spin version, where it might work on T3 boards with CS not on hardware CS... And it appears to run on my T4 board with neither DC or CS on hardware CS. SHould run faster if DC is on the only hardware CS pin...
Found a couple of places where waitTransmitComplete was not properly called (with mcr)

Ability to run ili9341_t3 library with T4 beta. Note: unless Pin 10 is used for DC, will not get much in the hardware speed up although it should keep the FIFO with data...
