Issue with CopyFromSerial #32

I was able to get CopyfromSD sketch working and it copied all files to Flash, however CopyFromSerial doesn't seem to copy anything.
I'm running Windows 10.
Created "DAILY.RAW" file with sox and ran this command:
python rawfile-uploader.py COM13 DAILY.RAW

Uploading 1 files...
1: DAILY.RAW (0.93 KB/s)
All files uploaded

However there are no files on Flash when I check it with "ListFiles" sketch...
