Detailed risk pages

We have a Risks overview page that gives a brief introduction to various AI risks, but we should have more detailed pages on every single major AI risk.

• Cybersecurity risk
• X-Risk
• Bio Risk
• Power centralization
• S-Risk
• Deepfakes
• Democracy
• Autonomous weapons

Maybe we have to add

• Data privacy

About S-risks, should we mention the 3 scenarios that I see:

• to humans
• to subjective AI experiences
• and to animals if the machines get mixed messages based on how we treat them?

I think it would be really good if we write a sentence at the end of each risk saying: "a pause would help on this because..." and in the case we cannot see why it would actually help, then we shouldn't put the risk at all.

This page will be probably the longest but I think it makes sense.
