Universal binaries (both Intel and Apple Silicon)
ssam-tfe = Serious Sam: The First Encounter
ssam = Serious Sam: The Second Encounter
How to play:
1 - Use https://github.com/pinkwah/steam-appmanifest to get the Serious Sam data from Steam
2 - Copy the data (~/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Serious Sam Classic: The First Encounter) to whatever folder you want.
3 - Replace the Bin folder of the data with the Bin folder inside the ssam-tfe/ssam.zip
4 - Double click the game executable (ssam-tfe/ssam) which you can find inside the Bin folder
