Just added a small commit which "fixes" a small issue on the retrieval of data from the MPC. There are many future incoming changes from #31, including the parts of NEOs.jl dedicated to downloading MPC data, but this works for now as some kind of backport. |

This PR adds small scattered updates and fixes throughout, e.g.: a change in jetcoeffs.jl due to upcoming changes in TaylorSeries.jl (see this PR), a bug fix in the Valsecchi circles computation, another bug fix in
propagate_root, among others.
