same issue here, meanwhile assetstudio crashes on the game's windows version too for me

Pretty sure that's a swizzled texture. Presumably from a console version. Though if that's a PC version it's a bit funny since it means they probably accidentally left an asset intended for a console version in the PC assets.

I do hope someday to see AssetStudio support handling swizzled textures. Virtually every console release of a Unity game these days seems to have some or most of their textures swizzled (funny enough, not all.) So far the only thing I've been able to find for getting non-swizzled textures is just to extract from the PC version of a game (which means you need both if you're trying to mess with a console version's files.) Unity Asset Bundle Extractor Avalonia may or may not implement handling texture swizzling in a future release (fingers crossed,) but AssetStudio very definitely needs to as well given what it does (at least it only has to go one way.)

You could possibly try using https://zenhax.com/viewtopic.php?t=7099 to deswizzle since that's a standard resolution and format.

Not sure about the crash. That's a separate issue.
