dsdt: unf**k GDIX GPIO definitions

and removed the reset sequence defined in DSDT. Our kernel driver is
able to handle this, just need to add the correct _DSD section to inform
it of the GPIO pins.

The INT GPIO pin should be ActiveHigh instead of ActiveLow.

Incremented DSDT table version to facilitate overriding.
