The CPIC warfarin workflow uses CYP4F2, but it references rs2108622 instead of the star allele.

We should update the image to mention CYP4F2*3 (I think?) in addition to rs2108622 to make it clearer when people look at that image in the PharmCAT context because we only show the star allele.

Email was sent to Kelly and she approved the change and I think Ryan is working on updating the figure.

Here's my re-creation of the diagram. I used an open source graph app called yEd that can handle the formatting inside the node labels. The one downside is I can't quite figure out how to do the circle YES/NO labels yet, but I'm still experimenting.

What do you think?

So this was finished and could be closed, but we know now that PharmVar is creating a CYP4F2*4 allele that also has that snp, so now we have to worry about what we do now. It really is the snp that is associated, so we should probably add *4 to the figure. But we are discussing with Kelly what she wants to do, so this will stay open for now.
