Modified to write each sheet to an individual file. making it easier to manage diffs and merges.

The JSON.stringify() method did not produce useful error messages, for example in the case of an invalid path in a connection.

I've modified to split sheets into individual files to make for a more granular diff and merge. If you don't agree this behavior is always good I can add a command line option.
