Feature Request - Improve on "Ignore Admin for moderator-emails" setting in Admin

Our adminstrators would like to be able to recieve all the "Report" email notifications in event someone is abusing the forums but we don't want any of the other moderation notifications.

So we are submitting a feature request to change the setting on the "Ignore Admin for moderator-emails" and add a option "Moderatation report only" to the yes / no option.

We cannot disable it because we want the report notification emails but we are being bombarded by other moderation emails that we don't want or need due to the popularity of our forums.

It will be awesome if you add this feature request!
