unable to use

I have installed your new vision also 1.63 BUT STILL it is showing me black screen when clicked on the physical environment's solve this.
It has been a week since i bought this add but not been able to use it once.

• Which Blender version you are running? The latest addon version is compatible with 3.4+
• Are you getting any error messages in the console? Blender > Window > Toggle System Console
• Are you in Viewport Shading mode?
