Using an fpga for vision processing of some sort.
Clone this repo. Open the project in Vivado (tested on v2014.4). Compile and push the bitstream to a Zybo board with the HDMI port connected to a source and the VGA port connected to a sink.
Do not try to be a hero and change the code. I have no idea how this code works myself.
