cp $$ext_usbmount/install/$$KAREHA_RELEASE $$pb_pbmount/tmp

If opt/piratebox is not mounted fast enough, the mentioned line above creates a file "tmp" inside /opt/piratebox preventing further mounts.

The installation should abort (or wait) until /opt/piratebox is fully available.
