Security update

This is an update to cover a potential security issue from upstream.

fetch-params.bat is for Windows users
fetch-params.sh is for Mac/Linux users

Some Mac/Linux users may need to set chmod +x before the OS will allow it to run.

Mac version is a ready-to-run app

On MacOS the app opens as a terminal app and terminal may need to be manually closed after usage.

In rare cases some Mac users may get an error like:

dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/local/opt/gcc@6 ......something......dylib
run the following 3 commands in terminal (waiting for each to finish before running the next):

xcode-select --install

ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"

brew install gcc6

Any AV detection is likely due to AV companies flagging crypto apps that contain a miner.
