Describe the Bug

Apps detect no proximity sensor, and dialer doesn't turn off the screen while the phone is held against the ear during calls.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make a call
2. Hold the phone against the ear

Or use a hardware info app to check the proximity sensor. (for example https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=flar2.devcheck&hl=en&gl=US)

Expected Behavior

Proximity sensor should be detected and work.
