Changing scale on boot throws an error

Describe the bug
This was an issue before that appears to be back when you try to hit a number key when booting up to change the scale and it crashes.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Boot PV8
2. Hit 2 or any other number key 1 - 4

Expected behavior
The scale should change while booting.

Additional notes
This is a race condition where Scale() is not defined before boot. Need to look into the C# parsing logic changes and make sure the correct Lua APIs are registered.
