Run on Game Open?

It's great for what it does but I wish there was a way to open this when I start a certain game.

Like maybe have a trigger where it is like on cd location to exe file run, run this.

You could do easily a script that runs a game and then the custom RPC that you've previously configured.
If you still interested into that, I could make it for you.
