PUBLIC_API_BASE_URL=http://localhost:3000/oulu-dev-meetups/api
... ja pitää myöhemmin laittaa vaikkapa msw rullaan Astron kaveriksi tuohon endpointtiin. Tai saatasko tuo packages/api lokaalissa ajoon msw + octokit-mockin kanssa?
