The folders of PlantGeniE FTP are not clear and present several times redundant files. Someone should organize that.

Do you have a better structure in mind? Are there specific folders that you like to rerrange?

There are external links points to the FTP, therefore, In some cases, we can not change the file names.
For example
https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/664037v1.full.pdf
https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/vignettes/easyRNASeq/inst/doc/simpleRNASeq.html
https://books.google.se/books?id=DsL0DwAAQBAJ

However, if you find redundant files we can remove them or make them as sym links.
