Need EO terms for two treatments:

  1. PEG (poly ethylene glycol)
  2. NaOH

For PEG, I am not sure which conc. has been used. I have sent email to authors to get more info on PEG treatment.

We could use the parent term, the more general one:

Created new terms for KBase:
sodium hydroxide treatment (EO:0001060): An inorganic anion treatment (EO:0001009) involving the application of sodium hydroxide (CHEBI:32145).
Added exact synonyms: NaOH treatment

polyethylene glycol treatment (EO:0001061):
An organic chemical treatment (EO:0001003) involving the application of polyethylene glycol (CHEBI:46793).
Added exact synonyms: PEG treatment, poly(ethylene glycol) treatment

It was PEG molecular weight 8000 from Sigma Aldrich was used. Catalog number is P5413.
