Ignore.conf file created when creating a new workspace/repository (or when adding one afterward through the source control settings ui)
*.private.0 files are added by Plastic SCM when syncing a newly added file from the repository that was already present (private) in the workspace
*.private.N files will occur if you happen to switch multiple time from and to branches where the file is added
