Substituting markdown code blocks with custom code block

What this PR does:

• Continues and evolve with the work done on this PR and subsitutes all markdown code blocks with custom code blocks: Copy to clipboard on docs #403
• Creates a template for code block to easy maintainance.
• Creates a custom head to automatically add common js and css files.
• Adds animation to copy to clipboard button.
• Adds ability to have multiple code blocks at the same page.
