Provide some functions to handle the episodes pagination bar at the bottom of the episodes list page. This limits the number of pages shown at once so that the pagination bar doesn't get unwieldy for shows that have many, many episodes. fixes #510

Provides a nicer paginator for list pages using the default theme. This one limits itself to how many pages are actually linked at any given time, rather than listing all of them, so for shows with a lot of episodes it should not overflow onto multiple lines.
Fixes #510.
