Collect 3 gifs for each move type (18 * 3) and encode each fast/charge move as either anim: 1, 2, or 3. Finally, play the gif on top of the Pokemon sprites.

Added to milestone since this feature, while not necessary, would add a lot of value to gameplay + it is half-complete
