Users with Cmake version < 3 can't build leleleplayer.
It could be useful to provide an executable.

I edited some files, and the build is now successful in a debian VM. Don't forget to build and install bliss library before compiling leleleplayer.

I will provide an executable as soon as I have fixed some annoying bugs.
