The merged fixtures covered various combinations of loading JS and HTML suites with WCT.loadSuites(). I don't think there's much value in testing these combinations separately, so the merged fixture loads multiple suites, as well as an inline suite and test.
This speeds up tests a little, though not quite enough on Travis to move to the monorepo yet.
