Monetary System 0.9.7

This plugin needs the Yootil Library for it work (place above this plugin).

Updated code (packed) in the plugin.

Basically this is 0.9.6 still. Some reason it was set to 0.9.7 in my local rep, so I am assuming at some point I fixed something but not sure what (I think it was trade icon, but that was in the shop, so I don't know).

Please note this is still unsupported, I'm simply uploading the last release so people can still use it if they wish.
