The animation/deploy speed of the Communotron 16 & Communotron DTS-M1 are quite fast when compared to the other antenna such as the Communotron HG-55, Communotron 88-88, HG-5 High Gain Antenna etc.

Could they possibly be slowed down a tad so that the deploy animation takes slightly longer to complete... especially on the DTS-M1 as its a shame that you can't appreciate the rigging as much when it unfolds/folds up so fast.

Adjust antenna materials an animation
ca2ba9e 
- slow down animations of DTS-M1 and C-16 (Addresses #403)
- change material of foil to have a specular tint of ~0.8 and a slightly lower shininess for the folding foil parts
