Post45's listings in several indexes is outdated (old info and/or old URL)

• MLA Directory of Periodicals -- emailed 6/7/23. They will update by the end of July. Update confirmed 7/5
• MLA International Bibliography -- emailed 6/7/23. They will update in the next few months. (Currently only indexed up to 2021)
• ISSN listing (record uses old URL + both P45 and the Data Collective are listed as non-open access) -- **emailed issn@loc.gov on 6/5. also added ISSN to post45.org/journal. They've updated their system, and should be changed on their website by mid-June. Updated as of 6/15 -- they also added us to ISSN's open access directory, ROAD.
• Google Scholar (inclusion is spotty)
  • add: citation_issn
  • add citation_issue
  • We're not escaping <i> tags properly. Example: <meta name="citation_title" content="Generic Life: Mass Consumption and Globalization in Harryette Mullen&#8217;s <i>S*PeRM**K*T</i>" /> (https://post45.org/2023/04/generic-life/)
  • To be safe, we could also add the suggested CSS classes (citation_title, citation_author, etc.)

Closing and moving Google Scholar fix to its own issue (#45 )
