Allow exporting and importing Feature Flags between projects

Is your feature request related to a problem?

If I use multiple projects, say, one for QA, and one for Prod, I'd like to be able to quickly copy FFs from one to the other.

Same is true when say, developing locally vs what's on Prod.

Describe the solution you'd like

An export/import functionality that allows us to transfer FFs between projects.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually copy the flags you need. (ugh).
