New Squeak! UI (as a PostHog app)

The future of the Squeak! admin UI is for it to live inside PostHog as an app.

Here are some UI enhancements that:

• Helps power users work faster (2-column layout)
• Clears up some UX misses in the MVP
• Incorporates new features (tags) and future features (filtering, etc)
• Uses an existing PostHog UI elements (top navigation bar) to demonstrate how an app could borrow components from Storybook to keep some UI consistency with 3rd party apps

This UI will work standalone (so customers can use Squeak! without using it inside PostHog) while also supporting it being embedded within the PostHog app chrome.
