This will make the static build fail if we're not producing a static binary.

Seems like this is current not possible, it fails with: Which leads me to NixOS/nixpkgs#235990. There is ongoing work about that in NixOS/nixpkgs#256590 as recent as of two weeks ago, though. |

This is just a test to see whether building a static executable via nix now works after we switched to pkgsStatic.
