lua script error() on load hangs recursor

seen in rec 4.0.3. Create a lua script with content error('foo'); when you set it as the lua script for the recursor it spits out an error like:

Oct  4 10:42:12 ... pdns_recursor[25082]: Failed to load 'lua' script from '/etc/powerdns/test.lua': foo

and doesn't respond to any dns traffic. I suspect it should warn and then skip loading the lua script so that at least the recursor starts up?
