Make it easy to report bug with app log #1298

As a user, developers may request me to submit the app log for further analysis and bug fixes, so I can click a button, (a few options below)

it will direct me to the log folder, and a prompt window shown to guide me to send it as an attachment to pptlabs email. OR
it will show a window of recent logs and only ERROR level logs are shown, and I can click a button to copy the content and paste to the email thread. OR
... (other options)

Log folder at:
{system drive, usually C}:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\PowerPointLabs\{date of usage}PowerPointLabs.log
