related to #823

need to gather more context info when reports the exception

mainly for this function and the functions it calls:
https://github.com/PowerPointLabs/PowerPointLabs/blob/master/PowerPointLabs/PowerPointLabs/AgendaLab/AgendaLabSyncFunctions.cs#L66

so that when next time a user submits null ref exception issue again, we can know its context
