PS 7.4.0-rc.1has the fix and works fine withv3.0.0-beta1ofPSDesiredStateConfigurationmodule.This makes only
7.4.0-preview.*versions incompatible withPowerShellGroupprovider.This PR updates
PowerShellGroupprovider to reflect that.
