Enable Assertions #36

turn dsc command into assertion, parallel, and group resource although not implemented yet but examples added
add namespace to all resources
rename resource name to type to align with ARM terminology
have dsc config accept YAML
update osinfo to be more general instead of specific to os_info crate by remoting type and custom bitness
fix tests due to changes
