Commands
Elf is not a standalone app, it works by sending commands to partner extensions installed in your browser.
Not many commands are supported at the moment, but more are on the way.

Why does command X work on site Y, but it does not work on site Z?
Each site/player has its own set of supported commands.
To check the supported commands for a certain player, in your browser:
- right-click the PoziTone icon to the right of the address bar;
- click “Built-in modules”;
- find and click the desired player name in the left nav of the Options page;
- see the “Available buttons” section which lists all the supported commands for this player.

Commands are recognized properly, but they do not seem to work on any site. Why?
If the app shows a warning sign (a triangle with an exclamation mark inside) in the top right corner, please make sure you activate voice control directly from a partner extension:
- exit the app by clicking X in the top right corner or by pressing Alt+F4;
- right-click the icon of a partner extension to the right of the address bar in your browser;
- click “Activate voice control”.

The app used to show the text of a command it recognizes, but not anymore. How can I make it show again?
Check the app menu: Settings > View > Show received commands.
If you do not see the app menu, press Alt on your keyboard. To always show it, Settings > Window > Auto-hide menu (press Alt).
