Для случаев, когда нет ведущего у измерений, мы попадаем в ветку с записью через менеджер записи, где нет свойства обмена данными. Эта проверка нужна? Может подавлять работу через менеджер записи принудительно, если при вызове метода DataExchangeLoad=True?
