There was a solution. I installed Install-Module -Name Az -Scope CurrentUser -Repository PSGallery -Force and the command was successful.

Thanks for starting this thread @themakira and providing the answer, I'm adding Az.Network module in the required modules in the next release, which will fix this issue without any additional step.
