v1 release Canine - IMP FIX! Start script

The start script was failing due to the kubectl directory not found error.
Sorry, it went unnoticed for 3 weeks, it has been tested and fixed now.

Release v1 for Canine

What is included in this release?

After a complete installation, the following components will be installed:

• stacked standalone etcd cluster with single-node
• kube-apiserver, kube-controller-manager, kube-scheduler
• kubectl tool
• kubelet
• runc

• cni-tools
• kube-proxy
